Hey guys, you are listening to the English Made Simple show, this is episode number 2-1-5, number two hundred and fifteen, numero doscientos y quince.

Welcome amigos y amigas, welcome to the English Made Simple show, this is Milena, your host at www.englishmadesimple.net – how’s it going everyone?

I wanted to share something with you today. It will be a short episode as I am still recovering from a nasty cold, lost my voice over the weekend! Not fun. And I am still recovering from a cough.

Ok guys…. Let me start off with a question…

Have you ever felt uncomfortable?

What made you feel uncomfortable?

Sometimes we are so comfortable with our daily or weekly routines that a small change can make us feel uncomfortable.

Now if you haven’t figured it out yet, the opposite of comfortable is UNCOMFORTABLE.

So about two weeks ago I found myself in an unfamiliar situation.

I was out of my comfort zone.

So what happened, Milena?

Well, funny you should ask…

About a couple of weeks ago, I decided to get out of the house and meet people.

Not to meet just anyone, I actually wanted to mingle with like-minded people – people who run online businesses, small business owners, wanted to expand my network of friends and have a more diverse range if you will.

I do meet like-minded people online, I meet every week with other teachers online and we talk about what works in their businesses and what doesn’t. That’s how we learn and grow, right?

Anyhow, this time I wanted to go out there face-to-face.

So I decided to join a local Business Networking group. Interesting thing, they meet at 7am every Thursday.
