Thank you everyone for joining me today.

In case you’re wondering where I’ve been…

I’ve taken a short holiday break from recording to spend time with family. I had family visiting me from Melbourne. If you’ve been following current events about the coronavirus and lockdowns in Australia, you’ll know we’ve had some tough restrictions in Australia.

The borders were closed and people from different cities couldn’t visit one another. We were not allowed to travel nationally or internationally for almost two years. Well, the last 12 months were especially hard. And if you did have to travel, then you had to have a special permission to travel interstate.

It reminded me of the times when I had to apply for a visa to travel to Australia… but this time I just had to travel to another city inside Australia.

How crazy is that, right?

I’m sure there are worse things happening in the world now than me complaining about borders being closed in Australia.

I digress.

Back to today’s episode.

I hope you enjoyed my episode on “How I lost 10 kilos by listening to Metallica” – it was a month ago when I published the episode.

And I’m sad to report that I have now found those 10 kilos.

Today’s episode is mostly about the Listener survey that some of you did earlier this year.

Oh before I go into the episode about the recent Listener survey, I’d like to send a greeting to a couple of listeners:

Denny Santos from Brazil who contacted me via Instagram. He says his favorite episode so far was about Goal Setting, episode 287. Denny listens to the EMS show on the way to the gym.
Farid Tapia is from Colombia but he lives in Hobart city, Tasmania. A beautiful place in Australia. Faird has twins. In Spanish it’s ‘mellizos’ – twins… non-identical twins. Farid would like to know what it’s like learning English as a twin. Because I’m a twin. I still communicate with my sister in both English and Serbian. So that could be a great episode for me to do where I can bring my twin to join me on the show. Thanks for that idea Farid.

Thank you to Denny and Farid for taking the time to send me a message on Insta. I do check my Instagram. I’m just not posting every day.

Righto, let’s get back to today’s episode.
