Hey guys, you’re listening to the English Made Simple Show this is episode number 270, number two hundred and seventy, numero dos cientos setenta.
Hey amigos. This is your host Milena and you can find me at englishmadesimple.net. This is where I live, this is my home. You can find a whole heap of episodes of the show when you visit EnglishMadeSimple.net.
Thank you for joining me in today’s episode.
Today we’ll continue with our Short Chats segment.
If you’ve just started listening to the show, and this is your first time, let me just explain briefly what the Short Chats are about.
I’ve introduced the Short Chat segment first time in episode 263 – Short Chat: At the Post Office.
The objective of these shows is to help you interact with other English speakers once the lockdown is over and once we are allowed to travel overseas again!
Wouldn’t it be nice to visit another country again?
Oh that would feel liberating.
Righto. Let’s continue.
The short chats are between my imaginary friends, Ana and Bob and sometimes I introduce another character, as well.
They’re very short chats so it’s easy to follow.
Towards the end of the show I have a Repeat After Me part where you can repeat the phrases we learn in the Short Chat segment.
Makes sense so far?
