Today we’ll continue with our Short Chats segment. I think I have about three more short chat episodes prepared for you, I hope you’re enjoying them.
Today we’re going to learn how to ‘make an appointment with a friend”.
You’re going to learn some new phrases and new vocabulary. More specifically you’re going to learn some slang. Colloquial phrases, informal phrases, the way friends would talk with each other. Very casual, not talking like the ‘Queen from England.’ That would be what I’d call ‘proper English’.
