It has been brought to you by the one and only Audiobook that will help you sound clear and confident when speaking over the phone, all you have to do is visit, englishmadesimple.net/phone to get your free Audiobook.

In this Audiobook I share 5 phrases that you can learn to help you feel comfortable when speaking over the phone.

And before we start, a quick update – if you are listening to this episode now in August of 2018 – you should know I am still renovating my bathroom. So it’s a mess at home, very untidy and dusty. And if you are following me on Instagram you’d be able to see some photos of the progress of the bathroom renovations.

Ok before you start saying, “Wow Milena – you are so clever, you know how to renovate ä bathroom.”

Let me stop you right there, I don’t know how to renovate a bathroom. Never had to do this in my whole life. And guess what, it’s not me doing it. I hired someone else to do it for me. Experts.
I am not a bathroom reno expert haha I would be really bad at this.

Anyway, there we go – a quick update on what’s happening.

Just quickly before I continue with today’s episode, just wanting to let you know that this episode is part of a series that will prepare you to speak English over the phone. For some of you listening, you may never have to speak in English over the phone because you are staying in your country and don’t need to make phone calls in English. Unless you have a job interview then yes, sometimes you would have to speak in English on the phone or on Skype, that is if you are applying for an overseas job.
