We’re approaching Holidays here in Australia. A lot of folks will be taking time off work, going away for Christmas and New Year… People normally escape the city and go to the outskirts or countryside.
Most of the Aussie families celebrate Christmas on the beach. Yup, they have picnics with family on the beach.
I had never thought I’d be celebrating New Year on the beach. Coming from Eastern Europe this was unreal to me. We have snow in Christmas and New Year.
And here just sunshine. Sometimes the heatwave. Temperatures soaring over 40 degrees.
That’s when we stay indoors. Even being in the shade, away from the sun is bloody hot.
Right, not gonna bore you with weather talk.
