Hey guys, welcome to the English Made Simple show, this is episode 1-9-7, one hundred and ninety seven, numero ciento noventa y siette.

Welcome back everyone, my name is Milena from Englishmadesimple.net. I hope everyone is doing well. It’s been a stressful couple of weeks for me that’s why I haven’t been in touch, I had to pack and move and then finally move to the new place.

I started unpacking last week when I had a series of things going wrong in the apartment. Like for example, my bathroom got flooded.

Water everywhere on the floor, I couldn’t stop it from overflowing. Whatta, I just moved in! And a few days later I get flooding in my bathroom. Bloody hell, that’s my luck!

It appeared that the outside drain pipe was blocked, so there was our apartment and the one above us who couldn’t use the bathroom.

A nightmare.

Lucky I was at home that day so I could call the plumber to come and fix the drain urgently.

It was kind of an emergency, but glad that it is now fixed!
I can take a shower! yeey

So anyway, just wanted to check in with you amigos, I’ve finally settled in, got most of my furniture, the sofa hasn’t arrived yet, but the important things like the bed and mattress and computer desks have arrived. I’ve set up office in the spare bedroom and I am ready to rock n roll now.

As I was saying, today, I wanted to check in with you in case you missed me.

While I was away I had a few emails and Facebook messages from peeps, thank you all for your kind messages.

I haven’t been active on social media, I look like crap at the moment. But now that I am able to take a shower, maybe I will appear on facebook and Instagram… haha

Anyhow, here I am and I might as well teach you something today!

Here we go!
